What You'll Do Lead all daily operations of the service department to drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, coach, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve their full potential. Foster a customer-first culture that delivers exceptional service and creates lasting customer relationships. Monitor workflow, productivity, repair quality, and department performance to ensure efficient operations and timely vehicle delivery. Work closely with the Parts and Sales teams to create a seamless dealership experience for every customer. Ensure compliance with all company policies, manufacturer requirements, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Promote a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Proven success as an Automotive Service Manager. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams. Exceptional communication, leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills. A track record of improving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and department profitability. Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), service software, and Microsoft Office.
