This is the perfect opportunity for an individual with excellent customer service, communication, organization and attention to detail. Typical responsibilities will vary based on business needs and may include: Coordinate maintenance technician team and subcontractor base efficiently and effectively on a daily basis. Schedule monthly unit turnover with internal team and subcontractors and confirm move-in ready units. Ensure systemic property inspections and timely corrective action. Administer property maintenance contracts and confirm standard of quality. Faciliate 3rd party inspections as needed. Manage and improve turnaround time in work order and unit turnover completion.
