Part-Time Park Maintenance and Resident Support Position - Roanoke We are seeking a dependable, hands-on part-time team member to help oversee and maintain two mobile home communities in Roanoke, approximately three days per week.

Responsibilities include:

Mowing vacant or overgrown lots and performing general grounds maintenance Cleaning up common areas and helping keep the communities neat and presentable Handling light maintenance and making minor repairs Identifying property issues and reporting larger maintenance needs Delivering violation notices and other resident communications Assisting residents with questions and directing them to management when needed Regularly walking the properties and helping monitor overall community conditions Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

This position is performed primarily outdoors and requires the physical ability to: Stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8+ hours per shift, often on uneven terrain Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed to perform grounds and light maintenance work Safely operate mowing equipment and basic hand/power tools Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Preferred that the candidate can transport a lawnmower from one location to another.

Qualifications:

Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Able to communicate professionally with residents Basic maintenance and landscaping experience preferred
