Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Maintenance professional to join and lead our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment. This role requires a strong understanding of various maintenance tasks, including electrical work, painting, and the ability to read schematics. The General Maintenance worker will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall functionality of our residential properties. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal operation. Conduct residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic appeal. Utilize an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting. Manage and oversee facilities maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Read and interpret schematics for various systems within the facility. Skilled in water leak detection, minor plumbing repairs, clogged drains, painting, minor drywall repair Work with logic controllers to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus. Strong ability to read schematics and technical drawings. Previous supervisory experience in a maintenance setting is advantageous. Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques is essential.
