Village Concepts of Issaquah - Spiritwood at Pine Lake is seeking a Maintenance Director to join our team! We're looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, kind, a true team player , and who enjoys having fun at work. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills , proven leadership ability , and an understanding of the unique needs of a senior living community . Schedule:
Day shift, Sunday-Thursday On Call for emergencies
We Offer:

Essential Duties:
Actively complete routine maintenance and preventive care for all facility equipment, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and structural aspects. Supervise Maintenance Assistant and housekeeping staff, ensuring work is completed. Conduct regular safety inspections and adhere to regulations regarding facility maintenance and safety. Ensure that all maintenance tasks are conducted with minimal impact on the residents and respects their privacy and dignity. Maintain emergency preparedness plans, including regular drills and training for staff.
Job Requirements:
Must be able to pass a DSHS background check Must be 18 and authorized to work in the US Highly motivated and enjoys meeting or exceeding measurable goals Experience in maintenance management, in an assisted living, healthcare, or hospitality setting, preferred Solid understanding of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and grounds maintenance.
