What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day operations of the Service Department. Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top-performing technicians, supervisors, and service personnel. Drive technician productivity, efficiency, proficiency, and profitability. Ensure repairs are completed safely, accurately, and on time. Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional communication and service. Manage departmental budgets, labor sales, gross profit, and key performance indicators. Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and manufacturer standards. Partner with dealership leadership to achieve operational and financial goals. Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer satisfaction, and overall department performance. What You'll Bring Three or more years of leadership experience in heavy-duty truck, fleet, automotive, heavy equipment, or related service operations. Previous Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Shop Foreman, or equivalent leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of diesel truck service operations. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and departmental profitability. Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills. Experience using dealership management systems and service software. Why Join RWC Group?
