Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance staff, vendors, preventive maintenance programs, unit turns, and emergency repairs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Schedule daily work assignments and ensure timely completion of service requests.
  • Ensure resident work orders are completed within company standards.
  • Coordinate apartment make-ready (turnover) process to minimize vacancy time.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies and participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Obtain bids and oversee outside contractors when necessary
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, common areas, mechanical rooms, parking lots, and grounds.
  • Work closely with the Community Manager to prioritize maintenance needs and improve resident satisfaction.
Quali fi cations Minimum 3-5 years of apartment maintenance experience. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of:
Electrical systems, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall and painting Skills

Pay:
$30.00
