Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance staff, vendors, preventive maintenance programs, unit turns, and emergency repairs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule daily work assignments and ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Ensure resident work orders are completed within company standards.
- Coordinate apartment make-ready (turnover) process to minimize vacancy time.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Obtain bids and oversee outside contractors when necessary
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, common areas, mechanical rooms, parking lots, and grounds.
- Work closely with the Community Manager to prioritize maintenance needs and improve resident satisfaction.

Pay:
$30.00- $34.
