Job Description
The Facility Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance operations of 2 facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment. This role requires a strong background in maintenance management and project management. The ideal candidate will possess a knowledge of electrical, building and plumbing repairs. The Maintenance Supervisor will work closely with 2 facilities, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily facility operations, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Troubleshooting the mechanical workings of all buildings . Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all facility equipment. Read and interpret schematics to facilitate repairs and installations of various systems. Lead projects related to facility improvements, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and project progress. Ensure compliance with safety/fire regulations and best practices in all facility operations. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, phone systems and plumbing designs. Familiarity with HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements. Experience in project management with the ability to lead effectively. Proficient in using diagnostic equipment for the trades required. Ability to read and interpret technical schematics accurately. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, working with multigenerational people. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of our facilities while providing a safe working environment for all employees.
