Job Description

Maintenance SupervisorLocation:
Boyceville, WI (On-Site)
Salary:
$80,000 - $95,000 + 10% bonus + full benefits
Requirements:
5+ years of maintenance experience with 3+ years as a team lead or SupervisorWe are a world-class ingredient manufacturer with deep roots in the food and nutrition industry. We need a strong Maintenance Supervisor to lead our technicians, improve equipment reliability, and keep our lines running at peak performance. What You Will Be Doing:
Leading, coaching, and assigning daily tasks for a team of maintenance techniciansRunning the show in the CMMS-building job plans, PM schedules, and tracking work ordersWorking hand-in-hand with operations to schedule maintenance during downtimeKeeping safety the #1 priority by enforcing LOTO, arc flash, and hot work protocolsWhat You Need for this
Position:
5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance3+ years of experience as a Lead or SupervisorExperience with CMMS software for scheduling and planningStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Bonus Points:
Experience in food/beverage manufacturing, spray drying, powder processing, or medical/pharma manufacturing.
