Leading, coaching, and assigning daily tasks for a team of maintenance techniciansRunning the show in the CMMS-building job plans, PM schedules, and tracking work ordersWorking hand-in-hand with operations to schedule maintenance during downtimeKeeping safety the #1 priority by enforcing LOTO, arc flash, and hot work protocolsWhat You Need for thisPosition:
5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance3+ years of experience as a Lead or SupervisorExperience with CMMS software for scheduling and planningStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)Bonus Points:
