Maintenance Supervisor Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM
β’4:30 PM (on call one day and one weekend a month)
Pay:
$33
β’35/hr (Based on Experience)

What You'll Be Doing:
Respond to and complete maintenance work orders π§ Turn/make-ready apartments between residents π Interior and exterior painting/staining π¨ HVAC troubleshooting and repairs βοΈπ₯ General groundskeeping and upkeep πΏ Preventative maintenance tasks π Maintain a clean and organized workspace π§½ Share on-call duties with the team (rotating) π± Participate in on call snow removal β
What You'll Need:
1+ year of general maintenance experience EPA Certification Preferred Strong skills in drywall, painting, basic carpentry Plumbing experience (sweating copper pipes a plus!) Electrical know-how (switches, outlets, lighting) Appliance repair knowledge (fridges, stoves, dishwashers) π
