🔧 Maintenance Specialist - Manufacturing Environment 📍 DeForest, WI 🕒 1st Shift | Monday-Friday 💲 Direct Hire | $24-30/hr IQ Resource Group is hiring for a Direct Hire Maintenance Specialist opportunity with Demco in DeForest, WI! This is a hands-on role supporting both facility maintenance and manufacturing equipment in a production environment. We are looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and previous maintenance experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or facility environments. ⚠️

This position requires previous maintenance experience. Candidates should have experience with manufacturing equipment, facility maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related industrial maintenance work.

Job Duties Include:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and root cause analysis
• Support facility upkeep including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, doors, and general repairs
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors
• Maintain safety and inspection records
• Assist with snow removal and exterior maintenance during winter months
• Support OSHA and safety initiatives

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of maintenance, manufacturing, industrial, or construction experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or facility systems preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
• Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and at heights when needed
