7/15/2026 Fleet Maintenance Manager Cleary Building Corp. is looking for a an individual with experience as a service manager or mechanic at an auto dealership/implement dealership to manage our fleet of vehicles and equipment. Cleary Building Corp. is a post-frame construction company with more than 80 locations and a fleet of over 600 vehicles and other pieces of equipment. The Fleet Maintenance Manager is in charge of overseeing the maintenance and logistics of our fleet vehicles and equipment.

The Job:

Immediate full-time opening Maintain database of equipment along with maintenance and repair records Schedule and ensure timely preventative maintenance is completed Ensure cost effective repairs and service Assist in ordering replacement vehicles and equipment Oversee an onsite maintenance department with ASE certified technicians

Qualifications:

Degree in auto or diesel mechanics/repair or 3 years relevant experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and database applications helpful Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
