Job Summary:
Responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and reading water meters to ensure accurate customer billing and system efficiency.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Install and replace water meters. Read water meters and verify accuracy. Investigate high usage complaints and potential leaks. Perform routine inspections and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of service work performed. Assist with service connections and disconnections.
Preferred Experience:
1+ year of related field experience preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing and water distribution systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Valid Driver's License. 1+ year experience preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials when required. Compensation will be discussed during the interview.
