Full Job Description Machine Technician Compensation:
Starting pay of $19.50-24.00/hr! + three performance bonuses a year!Work Schedule:
1 st or 2 nd shift opportunities available, with a $1.00/hr shift differential for 2 nd shift.Location:

This role includes material handling and utilizing manufacturing machinery while following operating procedures. This is an entry-level production role that can lead to a career in machine tool programming, which is a highly marketable skillset. We will support the learning and development of this professional. 1st Shift, Regular Schedule of M-F 6:00am-2:30pm, 30-minute lunch 2nd Shift, Regular Schedule of M-Th 2:30pm-1:00am, 30-minute lunchResponsibilities:
Ensure we meet customer needs and maintain a high level of service. Prioritize production sequence based on customer demand and lead time. Follow detailed instructions, work from standard coding and operational data to change or mount tools and position work piece. Verify inventory reports by comparing them to physical counts of stock. Adjust machine and fixture stops to maintain finish and tolerance requirements. Working from certified part drawings, utilize required precision measuring instruments to check machine positioning, inspect finished parts, and record results on SPC charts. Recognize and report any program and/or machine malfunctions, tooling difficulties, etc. Operate powered material handling equipment to transport inventory, unload incoming stock and load orders. Follow standard operating procedures and perform other related duties as required.Physical Requirements:
Ability to communicate verbally with others. Ability to utilize basic office equipment. Ability to climb ladders. Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to work without close supervision. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload. Ability to lift 20-30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.Ideal Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Detail-oriented, highly organized, team player. Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills. Manufacturing/Machining experience desired. Reliability. Interest in career development and personal learning. Excellent organizational, time management and problem resolution skills. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and/or environment. Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities desired. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs desired. Experience working in a high-performance team setting desired. Ability to work Power Equipment (Crane, Forklift, etc). In-house training provided.Work Environment:
