Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Millwright to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems will help keep production running smoothly and safely. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a dynamic environment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on manufacturing equipment using precision measuring instruments and schematics. Troubleshoot complex electrical systems, including electrical diagnostics, blueprint reading, and electrical troubleshooting to identify root causes of equipment failures. Conduct equipment troubleshooting for hydraulics, pneumatics, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and CNC systems to minimize downtime. Operate low voltage testing devices such as ammeters and ohmmeters for accurate electrical diagnostics. Execute welding tasks using welding techniques to repair or modify machinery components as needed. Assist with technical sales support by providing insights into equipment repairs and maintenance solutions when required. Qualifications Proven experience in an industrial mechanic or manufacturing facility environment with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Hands-on experience with electrical systems, schematics reading, electrical blueprint interpretation, and electrical maintenance. Skilled in equipment troubleshooting involving hydraulics, pneumatics, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Knowledge of welding techniques along with general welding skills for machinery repair. Strong analysis skills combined with excellent customer service orientation to support internal teams effectively. Industrial electrician experience is highly desirable along with knowledge of low voltage systems and electrical safety standards. Pay:
$28.00 - $40.00 per hour
