TIG Welder ASC Process Systems - 3.5 Valencia, CA Job Details 8 hours ago Qualifications Mechanical blueprint interpretation Safety protocol adherence TIG welding High school diploma or GED Mechanical drawings Technical Proficiency Full Job Description What you will do Responsibilities Follow mechanical drawings to lay-out, fabricate, and TIG weld components for autoclaves, ovens, and other industrial equipment. Build stainless steel cooling water tanks and drain down tanks, including plumbing of pipes and fittings Integrate and install built coils and tank to autoclave and ovens using installation mounting drawings. Complete installation by welding and plumbing of components to equipment systems Operate mechanical equipment, including band saws, cold saws, grinders, hand tools, and measuring instruments, and welding equipment. Demonstrate compatibility with ASC's stated Team Values that include working safely, having a positive attitude, leading by example, showing an eagerness to learn, being a team player, working efficiently, and focusing on producing quality work. Performs all other duties as assigned. What helps you succeed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of occupational courses is preferred. Basic TIG welding skills and ability to pass a TIG welding test Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools. An ability to read and understand technical drawings An eagerness to learn about industrial work A safety-first mindset, a positive attitude, and an ability to work well with others
