Role:

R&R Rubber Molding Inc is looking for a skilled Maintenance technician to join our team in South El Monte, CA! This is a hands-on opportunity to keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly and efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment failures Repair and maintain rubber molding presses, molds, and related production equipment Conduct facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work order documentation Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety standards

Requirements:

Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Experience with welding, fabrication, or machine repair is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
