is seeking a highly experienced Construction Millwright Supervisor to lead crews on industrial conveyor and material handling projects. This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for individuals with a strong background in millwright work who can take ownership of job sites, lead crews effectively, and deliver high-quality results. What You'll Do Lead and manage millwright crews on active job sites Read and execute blueprints with minimal oversight Coordinate rigging and installation of heavy equipment Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every project Work hands-on while maintaining leadership of the crew Minimum Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These) 10+ years of millwright experience Proven supervisor or crew leadership experience Valid driver's license Ability to travel overnight (up to 10 days at a time) Ability to pass drug screen and physical Preferred Skills Welding experience Advanced rigging experience Comfortable working at heights What We Offer $30
