Responsibilities:
Build your career where the work matters! We are looking for a skilled Millwright to join our team in Post Falls , ID. This is a hands on role responsible for keeping critical production equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently. If you enjoy troubleshooting mechanical problems, working with heavy equipment, and taking pride in keeping a recycling operation moving, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work in a challenging industrial environment. This role will work Monday through Friday from 7am in the morning until 3pm in the afternoon. The ideal Millwright will possess the following skills and abilities: Install, maintain, trobleshoot, repair and rebuild heavy industrial machinery and production equipment Work closely with production and other maintenance team members to minimize equipment downtime Operate and repair mobile equipment including forklifts, man lifts, and skid steer Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities read and interpret blueprints, schematics Welding fabrication and weld repair skills preferred - MIG and STIC Hourly pay for a skilled Millwright is dependent on qualifications and experience. Real Alloy has the opportunity for overtime, we pay weekly, and we provide great benefits that start the first of the month after your starting date. Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred 3+ years of work experience in trade profession or industrial maintenance. Able to demonstrate strong proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance activities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of basic computer functions and office software applications.
