Requirements:
Minimum of High School diploma or GED. Three to five years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience working on conveyor belts, sealing machines, and other production equipment.Strong electrical skills:
Interpretation of electrical/controls circuitry schematics and PLC hardware/Ladder Logic.Mechanical skills:
Troubleshooting pneumatic systems, motors, drive systems, and valves. Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift throughout the production facility. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime of manufacturing equipment. Perform mechanical and electronic troubleshooting of complex systems, including electrical and PLC problems. Install new equipment and make improvements on existing machinery. Prioritize work orders for routine and scheduled maintenance and document repairs. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on all plant utility systems. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company safety policies and PPE requirements. Schedule- We have openings on 2nd Shift and 3rd
