Responsibilities Execute the precise installation and maintenance of channel letters, monument structures, pylon displays, and ADA-compliant graphics to ensure brand visibility. Translate complex blueprints and technical schematics into successful, high-quality field installations. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to complete projects efficiently while maintaining site integrity. Perform comprehensive site surveys to evaluate environmental requirements and structural feasibility before installation begins. Coordinate with project teams to ensure all client specifications are met with accuracy and professional excellence. Maintain a rigorous commitment to safety standards and industry regulations during all on-site operations. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using hand and power tools. Ability to perform physical tasks at significant heights and in diverse outdoor weather conditions. Valid driver's license with reliable personal transportation. Proven ability to solve problems independently in the field. Preferred Skills Prior experience in the sign industry or general construction trades. Foundational knowledge of electrical systems and low-voltage wiring. Possession of a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Experience operating bucket trucks or similar aerial lift equipment.
