Months Job Duties:
Confirm that new model equipment meets set standards and performs as intended. Prepare and confirm new Body Chassis equipment at the vendors. Support Body Chassis Seibi activity at NAMCs from installation to the start of production. Participate in effective written and verbal communication with Machine Seibi Team Members, Project Leaders, Management, and outside groups regarding issues that require resolution. Promote teamwork and conduct On The Job Training (OJT) with 'hands-on' tasks. Support Chassis Seibi projects and engage in travel (or dispatch) to U.S., Canada, and/or Mexico NAMCs and suppliers, as well as foreign travel, including Japan, Canada, and Mexico. Commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
Job Requirements:
Foster an environment of good communication, problem-solving, kaizen, team safety, and standardized work adherence. Experience to Prepare and confirm new Body Chassis equipment at the vendors HSD or 1-5 years of working experience is fine for this role. 3 years of experience with Offline & Online Robot Programming 3 years of experience with Equipment confirmation and inspection 3 years of Welding equipment experience

Day Shift Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
