MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS

(INDUSTRIAL) - LOUISVILLE, KY Hourly Rate = Up to $34.88 (Depending on Experience/Skill Level)

OVERVIEW

Maintenance Technicians perform repairs and modifications to existing equipment. Repairs may require multiple trades (i.e., mechanical, electrical, plumbing). Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility. Perform troubleshooting on equipment. Perform new equipment installation. Perform proper lubrication of equipment. Perform work in accordance with the Maintenance for Food Safety Program and Good Manufacturing Practices. Adhere to all company policies and programs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Repair of plant equipment and property Maintain plant equipment and property Maintain project work Complete Preventive Maintenance (PM's) of equipment Any other work assigned as necessary

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Minimum of 2 years documented experience in industrial maintenance or completion of a maintenance apprenticeship program Working knowledge of industrial mechanics (power transmission, hydraulic, and pneumatic) Working knowledge of industrial electricity Ability to do assigned work efficiently and independently Ability to work without a supervisor and be self-directed Ability to clearly communicate with production and support personnel Satisfactory attendance record Must pass a maintenance aptitude test Must be able to perform all duties as assigned in the written work instructions Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds ‎
