Experienced Millwrights & Mechanical Foremen Industrial Work | Minimal Travel | Real Hands-On Work If you already turn wrenches for a living, this is for you. We're looking for experienced Millwrights and Mechanical Foremen who know how to work, solve problems, and get equipment running. This is industrial, hands-on work —setting machinery, tearing it down, fixing it, and putting it back better than it was.

What You'll Be Doing:

Setting and installing industrial machinery Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues Performing industrial maintenance and equipment rebuilds Rigging and moving equipment (rigging experience is a big plus) Welding and fabrication as needed Leading crews (Foreman role) and getting jobs done right What This Job Is (and Isn't): ✔ You'll be working with your hands , not sitting behind a desk ✔ You won't be doing the same thing every day ✔ You'll get dirty—this is real work ✔ You'll be around people who know what they're doing ✔ Little to no travel - home most nights ✘ This is not entry-level—we need people who already know the trade

What We're Looking For:

$23.00 - $35.00 per hour
