Job Description
Maintenance Technician Join a Growing Manufacturing Team We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our injection molding and blow molding operations. If you have strong electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic , and mechanical equipment Maintain injection molding and blow molding machinery Work with 480V, 3-phase, and 24V control systems Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and hydraulic diagrams Troubleshoot motors, starters, relays, contactors, and transformers Support PLC troubleshooting (basic PLC knowledge required; programming not required) Perform preventive and reactive maintenance to minimize downtime Collaborate with team members to improve equipment reliability and performance Qualifications 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience Strong experience troubleshooting 480V and 3-phase electrical systems Hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience Ability to read electrical and hydraulic prints Experience with mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems Basic PLC and ladder logic knowledge Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Injection molding or blow molding maintenance experience Fanuc robot experience Knowledge of motors, transformers, contactors, and industrial wiring Leadership potential with interest in advancing into Lead or Supervisor roles Why Join Us?
