A growing industrial mechanical contractor in the Baltimore area is looking for a hands-on Mechanical Superintendent to help manage multiple projects across the region. This is a great fit for someone who knows industrial mechanical work, understands how jobs get done in the field, and enjoys working closely with foremen, project teams, and customers to keep projects moving safely, on schedule, and on budget. What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of millwright / industrial mechanical experience
• Experience around equipment installation, piping, structural steel, pumps, conveyors, or similar industrial work
• Familiarity with ASME standards and common welding processes
• Strong field leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Comfortable visiting multiple job sites throughout the Baltimore metro area
• Someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and solve problems when they come up You'll work closely with operations and field supervision, coordinate manpower and resources, monitor job progress, assist with QA/QC and safety, and help make sure customers get the quality work they expect.

Projects range from food-grade manufacturing and chemical processing facilities to power plants and can include piping, tanks, pumps, equipment installation, structural steel, conveyors, and related industrial work.

Pay:

$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
