KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Repair and maintain motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machinery Troubleshoot mechanical issues and replace defective parts Inspect, align, adjust, and test machinery components Fabricate and machine parts for mill equipment Operate welders, grinders, drill presses, and lathes Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime Read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and specifications Follow company safety procedures and operational policies

QUALIFICATIONS 3-5

years of industrial maintenance or millwright experience Trade/vocational school preferred Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and machining preferred Sawmill experience is a plus Ability to prioritize work and respond quickly to maintenance needs Willingness to work overtime as needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 100 lbs Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, loud/dusty environments, and extreme temperatures Dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused
