Varies Essential duties in this existing vacant position include, but are not limited to: Lay sticks between layers of lumber Tag packages after stacking Strap packages Keep up with mill production Provide training for laborers new to the Timberdock area Maintain area housekeeping and cleaning Work cooperatively with other employees in a team oriented environment Follow haz-com and all other safety procedures Willingness to support other areas of the department, as needed Perform miscellaneous duties as necessary Follow safe work practices

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Must have hand and eye coordination High school diploma or equivalent Must have a strong attention to detail Must be able to prioritize duties and maintain schedule requirements Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time Ability to keep up with mill production Ability to work in a rapid paced environment and maintain quality standards Ability to judge lengths Must adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time Ability to use a joystick and foot pedals Ability to lift and maneuver stickers and lumber Ability to work in a rapid paced environment and maintain quality standards Ability to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, twist, push, pull, reach overhead, climb a ladder, walk and squat Must be able to work in varying temperatures Ability to frequently move/handle up to 50 lbs. Ability to walk on uneven surfaces Must have manual dexterity, visual acuity and depth perception
