Millwright-Maintenance Technician

Bessemer Plywood Corporation is seeking Maintenance Technicians/Millwrights to join our team. Responsibilities Include:

Safely install, fabricate, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment, including conveyors, power transmission, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety. Troubleshoot and repair production equipment promptly to minimize downtime. Support the design, fabrication, and implementation of projects that improve efficiency and throughput. Work overtime as needed.

Qualifications Include:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum of two years' experience as a millwright or in a related role. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and power transmissions. Ability to read, interpret, and modify mechanical drawings. Basic computer skills.
