billion in sales in 2025. Job Description Demonstrates a proven high level of knowledge and skill in the following: Diagnose Molds to repair or replace parts and make adjustments as needed. Inspects Molds to insure proper operation. Responsible for entering ALL work orders and PMs into the system on your shift. Troubleshoots hydraulic circuits and cooling circuits. Make sure inventory is maintained on replacement components. Troubleshoot electrical circuits and thermal issues. Oversees major amount of work required for each mechanical project assigned. Trains specialized skills for enhancing lesser skilled personnel. Performs welding (MIG, Micro
MIG, TIG
) as needed. Must be able to perform ALL duties of the Maintenance A, and B position. Miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned. Mold Cleaning, Mold Setting, Minor Mold Maintenance Qualifications Understands safety lock out/tag out procedures. Must be able to plan and perform unusual and difficult work where only general methods are available. Independent worker who requires minimal supervision. Proven excellent attendance and safety records. Moderate to heavy physical effort; frequently moving material in difficult work position. Able and willing to attend schools/seminars of specialized trade. Able to work at 20 ft. safely. Drive and operate a forklift. Operate pendant crane. Must be able to pass Maintenance Specialist Tool Room Placement test.
