About the Role As a Manufacturing Machine Technician, you will drive production efficiency by managing complex fabrication cells and ensuring high-precision output for critical automotive and power equipment components. Your expertise in equipment setup and proactive maintenance will directly impact our ability to meet rigorous quality standards and production targets. Responsibilities Execute precise machine setups and changeovers to facilitate seamless production transitions. Monitor equipment performance in real-time, making technical adjustments to optimize output quality. Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize machine longevity. Document production metrics and quality data to maintain accurate operational records. Uphold a high standard of workplace organization and safety compliance to foster a productive environment. Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and achieve daily manufacturing objectives. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience operating industrial manufacturing machinery. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform minor repairs and troubleshooting. Proficiency in CNC tooling, setup, and changeover procedures. Experience with Press Brake operations and mechanical assembly. Basic computer literacy for data entry and record-keeping. Preferred Skills Background in automotive or high-volume fabrication manufacturing systems. Demonstrated ability to maintain focus and accuracy in fast-paced production environments. Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
