In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment at our manufacturing facilities to ensure operational efficiency. Your expertise will support Weyerhaeuser's commitment to excellence and sustainability in managing our extensive timberlands and producing high-quality wood products. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on milling machines, conveyors, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime. Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics for equipment operations and maintenance. Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and schedule repair work. Implement and adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.
