What You'll Do:
As a Commercial/Industrial HVAC Duct Foreman , you'll lead and manage HVAC ductwork installation and related mechanical construction activities on job sites under the direction of a Superintendent or Project Manager. You'll be responsible for overseeing ductwork crews, promoting jobsite safety, and ensuring quality work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and manage commercial and industrial HVAC ductwork activities on mechanical construction job sites. Promote and enforce Green Mechanical's safety policies and procedures. Interpret construction documents such as mechanical blueprints, duct layouts, equipment schedules, and specifications. Generate material takeoffs and manage ductwork materials on site to maintain productivity. Supervise and lead ductwork crews, subcontractors, and support personnel. Monitor field productivity and manage allocated labor hours. Coordinate HVAC ductwork equipment, materials, and deliveries. Coordinate ductwork installation with other mechanical and construction trades. Participate in progress and coordination meetings. Maintain necessary certifications or licenses applicable to the role. Complete and submit required job documentation and progress reports. Perform additional tasks as needed to support successful project delivery.

Ideal Qualifications:
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC ductwork or mechanical construction. Experience supervising commercial or industrial HVAC ductwork installation crews (preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans, duct layouts, and construction documents. Strong knowledge of HVAC ductwork installation methods, materials, and industry best practices. Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented. Strong planning, organization, and material management skills. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Why Work With Us?
