• $21•23/hour Entry-level manufacturing opportunities available Load materials into production equipment Pack, sort, weigh, inspect, and move finished products Monitor equipment and report malfunctions Perform visual checks before products move to the next production stage Maintain accurate production records Follow safety, 5S, and manufacturing procedures Handle small parts requiring strong attention to detail Basic troubleshooting and computer use Production Inspector•$21/hour Inspect ceramic components using manual inspection equipment Operate automated inspection machinery Verify equipment performance and communicate production issues Support Quality with data collection and product analysis Prepare finished products for shipment Maintain accuracy while working with detailed components Inspection or Quality experience is preferred but not required Machine Attendant•$26/hour Operate and monitor multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment Track machine performance and production output Perform finished-product quality inspections Identify equipment issues and make minor adjustments or repairs Troubleshoot basic mechanical problems Participate in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing activities Maintain 5S and safety standards Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred Maintenance Technician•$28•40/hour + Shift Differential Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial manufacturing equipment Work with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems Read manuals, schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation Diagnose equipment problems and support repairs Perform work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment 3-5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Manufacturing Maintenance Machinist

• $32•40/hour Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automated manufacturing equipment Refurbish production tooling using precision surface grinders, lathes, mills, and machine shop equipment Fabricate and modify machine parts from engineering drawings Perform precision machine and tooling alignments Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime Use test equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions Perform equipment calibration and preventative maintenance Create maintenance procedures and equipment instructions Support Lean and 6S initiatives Machining experience with manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders is required 3-5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Available Shifts 1st Shift Monday-Friday, approximately 7:30 AM-4:00 PM 2nd Shift Monday-Friday, approximately 4:00 PM-12:30 AM 3rd Shift Monday-Friday, approximately 12:30 AM-7:30 AM Weekend 2nd Shift Combination of weekday evening hours and 12-hour Saturday/Sunday shifts Weekend 3rd Shift Combination of weekday overnight hours and 12-hour Saturday/Sunday shifts Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
