Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair overhead/roll-up doors, gates, dock levelers, dock plates, and restraints . Perform preventive maintenance , inspections, lubrication, and equipment repairs. Replace motors, bearings, shafts, sheaves, and related components. Manage work orders through CMMS and maintain safety/code compliance. Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend improvements. Follow LOTO, PPE, and safety procedures ; work at heights using lifts/ladders.

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED or equivalent. 5+ years of maintenance experience in industrial mechanical, HVAC, machine repair, or automotive trades. Ability to work at heights up to 30+ feet . Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed. Valid driver's license may be required.

Preferred:

Experience with CMMS/Maximo . Knowledge of hand/power tools, electrical meters, refrigeration equipment, and shop equipment. Welding certification is a plus.
