Company Match Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. Manufacturing and/or welding experience. Basic mechanic aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous robotic welding experience preferred. MIG/GMAW or GTAW welding experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, stoop, reach and work in various positions. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Ability to work around welding equipment, noise, fumes, and heat while using required PPE.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor robotic welding systems and equipment/ Load parts, select welding programs, and make approved adjustments. Set up fixtures and verify proper part orientation, fit-up, and alignment. Monitor welding parameters such as wire feed, voltage, and travel speed. Troubleshoot basic robotic welding issues and communicate equipment or quality concerns. Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols.
