• About the Role
• Our client is seeking an experienced
• Industrial Maintenance Technician
• to support production operations through troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial equipment and facility systems. This position is heavily focused on electrical and mechanical maintenance, including
• 480V three-phase systems
• , motors, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and facility support. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, responding to equipment breakdowns, and helping maintain a safe and reliable operation.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability. + Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. + Diagnose and repair electrical issues involving
• 480V three-phase power
• , motors, motor controls, and related components.

+ Utilize multimeters and other diagnostic tools to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and technical drawings. + Repair and replace mechanical and electrical components, test equipment performance, and make adjustments as needed. + Support maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and basic PLC-controlled systems. + Complete routine facility maintenance, including lighting, ballasts, and general building upkeep. + Document maintenance activities and work orders within a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). + Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), and maintain a clean and organized work environment. + Identify and communicate potential safety concerns, equipment failures, and process improvements.

• Qualifications
• + Previous experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a related field. + Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience with
• 480V three-phase systems

•. + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation. + Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Familiarity with PLCs and automated equipment is a plus. + Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and diagnostic equipment. + Ability to work independently and respond effectively to equipment breakdowns in a fast-paced environment.
