Heavy Industrial Maintenance Technician Location:

Cleveland, Ohio Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience in mechanical maintenance, hydraulic systems, welding, and crane operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a heavy industrial environment, particularly in a steel service center. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various industrial equipment, including overhead cranes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on heavy industrial equipment. Troubleshoot and repair overhead cranes and hydraulic systems. Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with office personnel and leadership. Work from heights of up to 20 ft. Ensure safety and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in heavy industrial settings. Experience with overhead cranes and hydraulic systems is required. Welding experience is highly preferred. Electrical experience, including PLCs, is a bonus. Must have own tools and be able to work at heights.
