Must Provide Own PPE and Basic Tools Position Overview We are seeking experienced Mechanical Millwrights with current MSHA certification, including underground qualifications , for industrial work near Cleveland, Ohio . Candidates must have strong hands-on mechanical and millwright experience and be comfortable working in demanding industrial and underground environments. This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for experienced millwrights who can arrive onsite prepared to work safely and productively with minimal supervision. Candidates must provide their own basic PPE and millwright tools . Responsibilities Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial mechanical equipment Perform mechanical installation, alignment, and maintenance Install and service conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and related equipment Remove and replace mechanical components and equipment Perform shaft, coupling, and equipment alignments Assist with rigging, lifting, positioning, and setting industrial equipment Perform equipment tear-downs, rebuilds, and installations Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and equipment specifications Use precision measuring and alignment tools as required Identify mechanical problems and perform necessary repairs Work safely in underground and industrial environments Coordinate with supervisors, other millwrights, and additional trades Follow all MSHA, company, and site-specific safety requirements Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Qualifications Previous industrial Mechanical Millwright experience required Current MSHA certification required Underground MSHA certification/qualification required Previous underground, mining, heavy industrial, shutdown, or maintenance experience strongly preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities Experience with industrial machinery and rotating equipment Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and related systems Experience with equipment alignment and installation Rigging experience preferred Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment specifications Ability to perform physically demanding work in industrial and underground environments Dependable attendance and strong safety awareness Must be able to work independently and as part of a crew PPE & Tools Candidates must provide their own required basic PPE and standard millwright tools appropriate for the work. Candidates should arrive prepared with the tools necessary to perform experienced millwright-level mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair work. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience, qualifications, and relevant industrial/underground millwright background. Candidates with extensive underground, mining, shutdown, and heavy industrial experience will be strongly considered. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced, MSHA-certified Mechanical Millwright with a strong industrial background and previous experience working underground. We are looking for millwrights who can step onto the jobsite, work safely with minimal supervision, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and contribute immediately to the crew .Pay:
