What You'll Do as a Millwright Apprentice / Rigger Helper Assist in rigging, moving, and installing industrial machinery Learn how to anchor, level, and set equipment safely Support experienced millwrights and foremen on machinery moves Operate forklifts, man-lifts, and rigging gear (training provided) Help with loading, unloading, and securing equipment Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite Travel regionally to job sites across Ohio as needed Typical Pay & Growth Path (Experience | Title | Hourly Rate) 0-2 Years | Millwright Rigger Apprentice | $20

• 25/hr 2-5 Years | Experienced Millwright | $25
• 30/hr 5+ Years | Journeyman Millwright | $30
• 34/hr Lead | Millwright Foreman | $35
• 50/hr+ Pay is based on experience, performance, and training progress.

Overtime is available, and all team members are trained and promoted from within.
