Job Description

Millwright Mechanic Pay:
$35 / HR - $40 /
HR Location:
NE Portland Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for decommissioning old equipment and modifying existing equipment within the beverage production area. Provide hands-on support to the maintenance department to ensure proper equipment startup and ongoing production readiness. Perform work focused exclusively on beverage production lines. Complete assigned work orders efficiently with minimal supervision. Collaborate with team members on projects; while no projects are solo, some tasks will require the experience and skill to take work from start to finish independently. Support installation, deinstallation, and modification of production equipment and run-lines.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of equipment disassembly and reassembly within a production or manufacturing environment. Experience with installation and removal of production equipment and run-lines. Welding and fabrication experience required. Ability to torch bolts, gears, and seized components. Experience operating overhead cranes to safely move equipment. Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining quality and safety standards. Environment /
Shift:
Beverage production facility working with products such as Izzy, Sprite, soy products, and teriyaki sauce. Day Shift, Monday - Friday. Flexible start time between 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM . Weekend flexibility (Saturday and Sunday) preferred when production or project needs require. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
