On-Call | 8-10 Hour Shifts | Monday-Friday | Weekends as Needed + Travel Ready to stack up overtime, travel the country, and work on massive industrial projects? If you're tired of the same shop walls every day and want a job where no two weeks look the same, this is it. We're looking for experienced welders and field techs who want to hit the road, work hard, make great money, and help build and repair some seriously heavy-duty conveyor and material handling systems across the USA.

Who We Are:

We partner with an industry leader that's been building and servicing industrial conveyor and material handling systems for over 50 years. From manufacturing plants to large-scale industrial facilities, this team tackles custom projects all over the country and is known for high-quality work.

What You'll Do:

Travel to job sites across the U.S. for installs, repairs, and maintenance projects Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyor systems including belt, roller, chain, and screw conveyors Perform structural welding, fabrication, fitting, and field modifications Read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and mechanical layouts Diagnose and repair bearings, shafts, pulleys, drives, and gearboxes Lead crews of up to 10 people on field installs and shutdown projects Work independently in the field and help knock out large industrial projects under tight deadlines Handle early starts, overtime, overnight jobs, and weekend shutdown work when needed What's In It for

Have:

5+ years of experience as a millwright, industrial mechanic, or similar role Strong welding, fitting, fabrication, and repair experience Experience with conveyor systems or material handling equipment Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to adapt and make field repairs on the fly Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs Ability to pass a background check and drug test

The Musts:

Strong work ethic and dependable attitude Team player who communicates well Comfortable working overtime and traveling regularly Clean driving record Ability to lead crews and work independently when needed

Preferred:

Crew lead or foreman experience Advanced blueprint reading skills Extensive conveyor installation and field service experience
