Keystone Powdered Metal Company, a Sumitomo Electric Group company, is looking for a full-time Millwright who will be working in our Lewis Run, PA location. This person will report to the Service Supervisor. Job Duties and Responsibilities

• To efficiently build, inspect, repair, tryout and adjust equipment such as presses, product finishing equipment, furnaces, gas crackers, heat treaters, robotic equipment, shot blasters, cranes, tumblers and other complex manufacturing equipment with minimal supervision.
• To accurately make parts and fixtures as needed.
• To efficiently install, maintain and troubleshoot essential service systems and equipment such as gas, water, heat, ventilation, sanitary and air compressors.
• To know and follow procedures applicable to this job classification.
• Legibly record and maintain applicable product/process information.
• Effectively utilize measuring equipment and information obtained from its use to insure results.
• Provide active input to continuous process improvement.
• Effectively communicate job related information to co-workers, supervisors and others with a need to know.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with other functional areas.
• Perform maintenance on tools used to do the job.
• Perform other tasks as requested.
• Participate in the training of others and aid in their appraisal.
• Provide assistance in writing new or revising old procedures Qualifications
• Demonstrate understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and electronics as they apply to manufacturing equipment.
• Interpret sketches, drawings, and blueprints.
• Properly use measuring equipment and accurately interpret results.
• Understand and apply SPC fundamentals.
• Demonstrate effective writing/drawing skills with regards to appropriate records, reports and procedures and drawings.
• Demonstrate satisfactory relational skills with regards to communications, cooperative associations and participation in continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate satisfactory skills with regards to machines and tools used to perform the necessary tasks.

Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, competencies and location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation and benefits package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
