Role:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Electro Mechanic to join our team at Brookwood Finishing in Kenyon, RI. In this role, you will be responsible for performing all electrical jobs (including those with a high level of difficulty) throughout the Plant with minimal supervision, while following prescribed safety rules and compliance with OSHA regulations and NEC. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical repairs to machinery Control equipment, AC variable drives and D.C. drives Set up machinery and equipment as required Lay out jobs and perform work toward completion with assistance of other electricians and mechanics Care and upkeep all equipment, tools, and instruments Maintain necessary records Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, and inferior quality Possess thorough knowledge of daily activities and bring such projects to successful completion Requirements Active RI Journeymen's License Previous experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing environment preferred Knowledge of single and three phase circuits HS graduate or equivalent Proficient in shop mathematics, reading blueprints and reading charts/tables Follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work in a team environment Why Join Us Competitive pay and benefits Stable, growth-oriented work environment Supportive, team-based culture Brookwood is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
