Requirements High school diploma or GED Six to twelve months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination Tow-motor operator certification Knowledge of electrical circuits Basic understanding of electric motors, water pumps, and vacuum pumps Ability to plan and fabricate projects Ability to read safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Basic mathematical skills Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Job Duties Perform routine lighting and HVAC maintenance Complete preventive maintenance on machinery Dismantle defective equipment Install new or repaired components Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other machine parts Repair and maintain facility structures Operate table saws, drill presses, and band saws Fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools Build and repair counters, benches, partitions, and wooden structures Perform additional maintenance tasks as assigned Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
