Job Description
Install and remove grounding rods and grounding equipment Perform grounding work on drilling rigs, workover rigs, coil tubing units and other field equipment Install, connect, disconnect and remove grounding components Assist with equipment and facility decommissioning Disconnect, remove, relocate and reinstall production equipment and systems Bend, route and install tubing Disconnect and reconnect tubing, piping and associated components Remove and install valves, fittings, flanges and related equipment Assist with system hook-ups and return-to-service activities Safely operate hand tools, power tools and equipment required to perform field work Follow LOTO, energy isolation, JSA/JHA and client-specific safety requirements Inspect and maintain tools and equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with the Gang Pusher and other crew members to safely complete assigned work Previous Gang Pusher or field crew leadership experience Oil & gas production, drilling or facility maintenance experience Experience with grounding rod and grounding equipment installation/removal strongly preferred Knowledge of production equipment, tubing, piping, valves and facility systems Experience with decommissioning and equipment installation/removal Strong understanding of oilfield safety practices and procedures Ability to safely lead and organize multiple field activities Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must be able to pass required pre-employment screenings Crosby Energy Services is seeking an experienced Gang Pusher to lead field crews performing grounding, decommissioning and production facility maintenance work throughout South Texas.
