In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting natural gas compression equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help keep our operations running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. To raise the standard of third-party field service in the midstream industry. Through disciplined execution, transparent communication, and skilled mechanics, we deliver dependable natural gas compressor support while building a company where professionalism is expected, accountability is required, trust is earned and excellence is non-negotiable. Duties Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on natural gas compressors and related equipment using precision measuring instruments and schematics. Troubleshoot electrical systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulics, and mechanical components utilizing electrical diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and troubleshooting techniques. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and engineering troubleshooting documents to accurately diagnose issues. Conduct equipment troubleshooting and repairs involving stick welding, welding techniques, and the use of industrial maintenance procedures. Operate industrial equipment including scissor lifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas for maintenance or repairs. Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, maintenance history, and equipment status updates efficiently. Collaborate with engineering teams on technical sales support by providing insights into equipment performance and repair solutions. Assist in training team members on equipment operation, troubleshooting techniques, and safety procedures as needed. Qualifications Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities or industrial environments with a focus on mechanical maintenance of compressor systems. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Excellent analysis skills combined with customer service orientation to support internal teams or external clients effectively.
