Repairs, maintains, and installs oil well drilling machinery and equipment, using hand tools and following oral and written work orders. This position involves working with various drilling equipment and machinery at drill sites and in the repair yard.

Responsibilities:

Repair, maintain, and install oil well drilling machinery and equipment Attach hoisting cables to pumps, transmissions, diesel engines, and other equipment at drill sites Lash equipment to trucks for transfer to repair yard Follow oral and written work orders Use hand tools to perform maintenance and repair tasks Work on light duty trucks and related equipment

Skills and Qualifications:

8+ years of experience Experienced light duty truck mechanic ASE certification a plus but not necessary Ability to work with hand tools Ability to follow oral and written instructions Knowledge of oil well drilling machinery and equipment
