About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a vital member of our technical team, ensuring the seamless operation of high-speed production machinery. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems will directly contribute to maximizing equipment uptime and driving operational efficiency across our facility. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex issues within mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to keep production lines moving. Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to enhance the long-term reliability of critical processing assets. Perform advanced troubleshooting on Allen Bradley PLC systems and VFDs to maintain precise control over automated processes. Interpret technical schematics and blueprints to perform accurate repairs on motors, conveyors, and automated packaging equipment. Minimize production interruptions by providing rapid response to equipment failures and implementing effective, lasting solutions. Conduct minor fabrication and welding tasks to support equipment modifications and facility upgrades. Required Skills 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proven proficiency in troubleshooting 480V electrical systems and industrial automation. Strong mechanical aptitude with a deep understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic components. Demonstrated ability to read electrical diagrams and perform root-cause analysis on industrial machinery. Preferred Skills Prior experience working within food or beverage processing facilities. Specific expertise in maintaining bottling, labeling, and palletizing equipment. Familiarity with industrial safety standards and best practices for high-speed production environments.
