Join Charter Aarrowcast as a Maintenance Electromechanic Technician keeping our modern foundry running safely and reliably. You'll troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on casting, molding, and material-handling equipment. Perform preventive maintenance, support equipment upgrades, and respond quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime. Collaborate with production and engineering teams, follow strict safety and lockout/tagout procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement in a stable, growth-focused manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment, conveyors, and foundry machinery Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using schematics and test equipment Install, align, and repair motors, gearboxes, sensors, and control components to minimize downtime Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to meet safety and reliability standards Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams to support continuous improvement projects Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment history in the CMMS system Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and housekeeping standards in a heavy industrial environment Assist with equipment upgrades, rebuilds, and commissioning of new or modernized systems Required Skills Electromechanical maintenance Industrial equipment troubleshooting Electrical schematics reading Mechanical repair and alignment Hydraulic and pneumatic systems Preventive and predictive maintenance PLC and sensor diagnostics Welding and fabrication basics Lockout/tagout and industrial safety CMMS maintenance software
